Step 1: Enroll with Source1
Sign application with Source1 to be part of the breakfast program.

Step 2: Select Distributor
- Sign the joinder document and submit to; bestwestern@
source1purchasing.com. - US Foods will contact the property to get the credit application signed.
- US Foods will have order guides with all the selected breakfast items.
- Juice and Yogurt will be added to your US Foods order guide once you have ordered the juice and yogurt machines.
- If you are currently contracted with a GPO you will need to obtain a cancellation letter to join the BW program through Source1. Submit cancellation letter to US Foods to:Alan.smith2@usfoods.comor Alyssa.Zager-Pilot@usfoods.com
- If you are currently with US Foods and have not signed up with Source1/BW program, you may be asked to complete a new credit application in order to move your account to the BW program. Street accounts will automatically be moved over to the BWH account, however, the property must complete new credit applications.

- The account is created in 1 – 2 days, followed by a how to order oboarding package.
- Sysco Foods will have order guides with all the selected breakfast items.
- If you are currently contracted with a GPO you will need to obtain a cancellation letter to join the BW program through Source1. Submit cancellation letter to Sysco Foods to: bestwestern@source1purchasing.com
- If you are currently with Sysco Foods and have not signed up with Source1/BW program, your account will automatically transfer to the BW program once your participation agreement is signed.
Step 3. Order your Nestle Vitality Juice Machine

- Prepare your hotel for the juice machine installation by ordering product and completing the installation check list in the Best Western Vitality Information Guide.
