2. US Foods will contact the property to get the credit application signed.
3. US Foods will have order guides with all the selected breakfast items.
4. Juice and Yogurt will be added to your US Foods order guide once you have ordered the juice and yogurt machines.
5. If you are currently contracted with a GPO you will need to obtain a cancellation letter to join the BW program through Source1. Submit cancellation letter to US Foods to:Alan.smith2@usfoods.comor Alyssa.Zager-Pilot@usfoods.com
6. If you are currently with US Foods and have not signed up with Source1/BW program, you may be asked to complete a new credit application in order to move your account to the BW program.  Street accounts will automatically be moved over to the BWH account, however, the property must complete new credit applications.
